Family Constellations is known as Inherited Trauma or Ancestral Healing.

Original Family Constellations were founded by the German Psychotherapist, Bert Hellinger, and has been growing through the work and dedication of his wife Sophie Hellinger.

Family Constellations help clients discover and address any limiting patterns, challenges and conflicts in life, making one’s life easier and happier.

What is a Family Constellation Experience?

It is a group experience where we explore each other’s issues (ancestral/inherited) in order to heal the present and future.

In one session there may be only a single client, or there might be multiple clients experiencing Family Constellations.
