Join Sara as she shares her Brazilian & Mexican traditions in this Cacao circle.

We will dive traditionally into the heart of the Mama Cacao as a Medicine.

Many of us are looking for depth and connection. Some people are feeling unfulfilled, lost and confused.

Cacao brings us back to the heart centre,  helping to reconnect with our own heart, and realign us with love.

 

 

 

Namaste Yoga Etiquette

Please arrive on time for your class.

Please leave your shoes in the hall way.

Please bring all your personal belongings into the Yoga room with you.

Please remember to be quiet whilst waiting for your class to start. (other classes may be on)
