What is Kundalini Yoga and Meditation?

These are ancient practices designed to awaken spiritual energy, known as Kundalini, at the base of the spine. Kundalini yoga involves dynamic stretches, breathing and chanting to activate this energy and guide it through the chakras (energy centers) along the spine, aiming to attain higher consciousness. Kundalini meditation, often following the yoga practice, focuses on calming the mind, deepening awareness, and channeling the awakened energy to achieve a state of inner peace, expanded awareness, and spiritual enlightenment. What is a Sound Bath?

A sound bath offers a therapeutic experience where participants are enveloped in harmonious sounds and vibrations, promoting deep relaxation, stress reduction, and a sense of tranquility. The soothing tones and rhythms can enhance meditation and mindfulness practices, encouraging a heightened state of self-awareness and inner peace. Additionally, the vibrations may aid in pain relief, improved sleep, and a balanced mind-body connection. Many people find them beneficial for mental clarity, emotional healing, and an overall boost in well-being.

All you have to do is lie back on your mat and enjoy. 

So bring your yoga mat if you have one, wear comfortable clothing for yoga and maybe bring a blanket to keep cosy during the sound bath.
