At Namaste, our classes are designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll find a level that feels comfortable, challenging, and sustainable.
With three clearly defined levels and a variety of class times throughout the week, you can choose the session that fits your ability, your routine, and your life. Many students stay within one level for years — building strength, flexibility, balance, and friendships along the way. Others move between levels as their needs change.
Every class is personally guided by Keshav Rupakheti, one of the most experienced yogis in the country, ensuring clear instruction, thoughtful progression, and a practice that feels steady, practical, and genuinely effective — wherever you’re starting from.

This gentle yoga class is designed for people recovering from injury. It is our least challenging class.

Yoga on Sundays is a longer mixed ability class and is suitable for everyone.
Growing up in Nepal, Keshav Rupakheti, discovered yoga as a youth and lived in a Himalayan ashram for two years to immerse himself in traditional yogic practice. Now based in Belfast he has been sharing his experience for 20 years.
We have created a series of Class Bundles so you can purchase groups of classes together at a reduced cost. With some bundles that means you can guarantee your place in a class by pre-booking up to 20 weeks in advance.
