Level 2 Yoga builds on the foundations developed in Level 1. Classes are more dynamic, with smoother transitions, increased strength work, and a greater emphasis on control, stamina, and flow.
This class is ideal if you are comfortable with the basics and want to develop your practice further — improving technique, strength, and confidence through consistent, well-guided progression.
Level 2 Yoga is a class for those wanting to progress their skills. It is suitable for:
Students who have completed Level 1 (or have an equivalent foundation)
Regular practitioners who want more challenge and momentum
Anyone looking to build strength, stamina, and better flow between postures
If you’re brand new to yoga, or returning after a long break, Level 1 Yoga may be the best place to start. If you already practise regularly and want a longer, more advanced class, you may enjoy Level 3 Yoga.
