Yoga for All is our most popular class and the best starting point for most new students who are in good health. Designed to be accessible to beginners while still offering depth and challenge, this class develops strength, flexibility, balance, and control through steady, well-paced instruction.

Classes include smooth transitions between postures, thoughtful sequencing, and options throughout — so you can work at a level that feels right for your body. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practising for years, you’ll find space to grow within this class.

Who should attend this class?

Many students choose Yoga for All as their long-term home — building strength, confidence, and friendships week after week. Yoga for All is suitable for:

  • Beginners who are in good general health

  • Students who want a balanced, well-rounded yoga practice

  • Regular practitioners who enjoy a steady, consistent class

  • Anyone looking to improve strength, stamina, flexibility, and flow

If you are recovering from injury or managing limited mobility, Yoga for Recovery may be more appropriate. If you are already comfortable with stronger, more advanced postures, you may want the challenge of Intermediate Yoga.

Booking is highly recommended. You can book an individual class or use a class bundle.

What you will practise

No prior experience is required — everything is explained clearly, with options offered throughout the session.

  • Yoga postures (asanas)

  • Breathing techniques to support control and stamina

  • Relaxation to complete the practice

Expect a well-rounded physical class that builds strength and mobility over time, while remaining practical and sustainable.

Not suitable during pregnancy.

We encourage bringing your own mat, but no worries if you forget—we have extras available to borrow!
