Level 3 Yoga is an advanced, longer-format class for experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. Sessions focus on strength, control, mobility, and technical refinement, with time to explore more challenging postures and longer holds.
This class is taught with careful guidance, allowing students to work to a more advanced level while maintaining good alignment and safe progression.
Intermediate Yoga is the ideal for anyone who has been practising yoga for a while and wants to deepen their knowledge and experience a more demanding class. It is suitable for:
If you are recovering from injury this is not the class for you, try Yoga for Recovery or if you are in good health and want a more general class then Yoga for All will be more suitable.
Regular attendance is recommended to get the most from this class.

This is a physically demanding class. You should expect to be challenged and to work up a sweat as you develop strength, control, and confidence.
Not suitable during pregnancy. Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
