These Terms & Conditions apply to all classes, bookings and Class Bundles purchased through Namaste Yoga Centre, whether online or directly through the studio.
By booking a class or purchasing a Class Bundle, you agree to these terms, including our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Namaste Yoga Centre is located at 265A Ormeau Road, Belfast, BT7 3GG.
All classes are subject to availability and must be booked in advance, either through our website or directly with Namaste Yoga Centre.
Customers are responsible for selecting a class appropriate to their experience and ability, and for providing accurate contact information when booking.
Bookings are confirmed by email. Customers can view and manage their bookings through their online customer account.
Namaste Yoga Centre reserves the right to change class times, instructors or schedules when necessary. We will endeavour to notify affected customers as early as possible.
Payment is required at the time of booking a class or purchasing a Class Bundle, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed directly with Namaste Yoga Centre.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Namaste Yoga Centre does not store customers’ full payment card details.
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes.
Namaste Yoga Centre reserves the right to change class and Class Bundle prices. Any changes will not affect bookings or purchases already paid for.
Class Bundles allow customers to purchase a number of classes in advance at a discounted rate.
Each Class Bundle is valid for a specified number of classes and has its own expiry date, which is displayed in the customer’s online account.
Class Bundles are available for specific class durations and can only be used to book eligible classes.
All classes included in a Class Bundle must be used before its expiry date. Any unused classes automatically expire on that date and cannot be carried forward.
If a customer cancels a booking within the permitted cancellation period, the class credit will be returned to their Class Bundle. The original expiry date remains unchanged.
Class Bundles are intended for use by the person who purchased them and are not transferable to another customer.
Customers who are unable to attend a booked class should cancel their booking as early as possible.
Cancellations can be made through the online customer account or by contacting Namaste Yoga Centre directly.
Refunds, booking credits and cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
Please refer to that policy for details of cancellation notice periods, eligibility for refunds and the treatment of bookings made using Class Bundles.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
Yoga involves physical activity, and customers are responsible for ensuring that the classes they attend are appropriate for their health, fitness and abilities.
Customers should inform their instructor of any relevant injuries, medical conditions or physical limitations before participating in a class.
Our regular yoga classes are not suitable during pregnancy. Pregnant customers should not book or attend these classes. Namaste Yoga Centre may occasionally offer specialist pregnancy yoga classes, which will be clearly identified as suitable for pregnant participants.
Participants are encouraged to work within their own abilities, follow their instructor’s guidance and avoid movements that cause pain or discomfort.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits Namaste Yoga Centre’s liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Customers can access their online account through the Namaste Yoga Centre website to view and manage their class bookings and Class Bundles.
Access to customer accounts is provided through a secure login link sent to the customer’s registered email address.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and keeping access to their email account secure.
Customers should contact Namaste Yoga Centre if they experience difficulty accessing their account or notice any bookings or account activity they do not recognise.
Namaste Yoga Centre reserves the right to restrict access to an account where necessary to protect the security of the booking system or prevent misuse.

Namaste Yoga Centre may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to our classes, booking arrangements, services or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be available on our website, together with the date it was last updated.
Any changes will apply to future bookings and purchases. Changes will not retrospectively alter the terms of bookings or Class Bundles already purchased without the customer’s agreement, except where required by law.
