Yoga on Sundays is a welcoming, mixed-ability class designed to suit both beginners and more experienced students. The class focuses on building strength, mobility, and balance through guided movement, breathing, and relaxation.

Although open to all levels, the pace is steady and accessible, making it a great place to begin if you’re new to yoga, or to maintain your practice if you already have experience.

Who should attend this class?

Everyone is welcome to Yoga on Sundays. It is suitable for:

  • Beginners looking for a supportive introduction to yoga
  • Regular practitioners who enjoy a balanced, full-length class
  • Anyone reasonably fit and healthy

If you are recovering from injury or illness you might want to attend our Yoga for Recovery before participating in Yoga on Sundays.

Booking is highly recommended as this is a very popular class.

You can book an individual class or use a class bundle (both 60 minute and 75 minute bundle passes work for this class).

No prior knowledge is needed — everything is explained clearly during the class.

  • Yoga postures (asanas)
  • Breathing techniques
  • Relaxation

Yoga is a physical practice, and you should expect to work up a sweat, even in this mixed-ability session.

Not suitable during pregnancy. Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own

There is only one weekly Yoga on Sundays class but you can use any class bundle to book in advance.
