Level 4 Yoga is an advanced, longer-format class for experienced practitioners who want to deepen their practice. Sessions focus on strength, control, mobility, and technical refinement, with time to explore more challenging postures and longer holds.

This class is taught with careful guidance, allowing students to work at an advanced level while maintaining good alignment and safe progression.

Who should attend this class?

Level 1 Yoga is the ideal for anyone new to yoga, returning after a break, or looking to build strong foundations. It is suitable for:

  • Experienced yoga practitioners with a consistent practice
  • Students who are comfortable with intermediate postures and flow
  • Those looking to refine technique, build strength, and explore more advanced work

If you are recovering from injury or illness, Level 1 Yoga is usually the best place to begin. If you’re already practising regularly and feel ready for more challenge, you may enjoy Level 2 Yoga.

Booking

Regular attendance is recommended due to limited spaces, so booking is essential. You can book an individual class or use a class pass.

What you will practise

Prior yoga experience or graduation from our level 3 class is required, you will experience:

  • Advanced yoga postures (asanas) and variations
  • Strength-based sequences and longer holds
  • Breathing techniques to support focus and endurance
  • Relaxation to close the practice

This is a physically demanding class. You should expect to be challenged and to work up a sweat as you develop strength, control, and confidence.

  • Not suitable during pregnancy
  • Mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own

There are five level 4 yoga classes weekly and two class passes if you wish to book classes in advance.
