Our teachers are highly trained professionals who are committed to providing quality Yoga classes and instruction in our Belfast studio in Ormeau Road. Each specialises in a different aspect of Yoga so that Namaste Yoga Centre and Clinic can provide a wide range of classes to suit everyone. As individuals, they each have their own unique style, approach and creativity that they bring to their classes and their students.

Yoga teacher Keshav Prasad Rup

Highly accomplished in many aspects of Yoga, Keshav provides professional training of the highest quality.
His vibrant and dynamic approach to yoga ensures that his classes are energetic and fun. His busy daily classes are popular with a wide variety of people from complete beginners to more experienced students.

Keshav studied Yoga full time with Swami Sachidananda Vishuddha Dev in Nepal specialising in Yoga postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), meditation, yogic cleansing and yoga therapy. He has been teaching professionally since 1997.

Yoga teacher Eleanor Steane

She believes that yoga, with its remarkable potential for healing and transformation is the ideal exercise for pregnancy and postnatal recovery. It is a safe and gentle way to build strength, stamina, suppleness and confidence. Eleanor’s nurturing approach to yoga ensures that her classes are supportive and relaxing.

Eleanor is a qualified Birthlight teacher with a Perinatal Yoga Diploma from Birthlight and a Yoga Teaching Diploma from YTTC.

Yoga teacher Jane-Louise Kelly

‘My passion for yoga and the body, mind and spirit is never-ending. It leads me to go beyond my limitations and fears so that I can really live this blessed life to the full. That is my greatest wish for all children, that they learn from a young age to celebrate their uniqueness, and develop a focus and strength within that gifts them with the freedom to know that they hold the key to living the life they choose.’Jane-Louise has trained extensively with the Special Yoga Centre in London and has a Yoga Teaching Diploma from the YTTC. She has been teaching yoga professionally since 2004.
