A beautiful way to spend a Saturday afternoon.
Join us as we go on an amazing visual journey through stunning landscapes to connect with an Angelic Being and receive powerful healing light. People often receive personal insights about their life and individual guidance from the Angel. You will leave feeling peaceful and light.

Please bring a small blanket with you so you can fully relax.
You can come as often as you wish and each session will be slightly different.
We all share tea and biscuits afterwards and relax in the peaceful ambience.

Chakra Light Meditation
with Jennifer Walsh-Rupakheti

A deeply powerful transformation process using visualisation and observation.
You will be guided through a step-by-step process to look within, to observe your Chakra Energy system symbolically and learn how to let go of what is not serving you in your life. During the Angel Visualisations, we use our imagination to journey beyond our world, in the Chakra Light Meditations we will use our imagination to journey inwards.

Others who have experienced these meditations have gained greater insight into their lives, their relationships and themselves. Many have found freedom from long standing physical pain and discomfort, as well as more freedom to make choices in their lives for themselves.

Some expected benefits:
• Feeling Peaceful and Free more often
• Improved relationships
• Improved abundance in the form of money and Love
• Less physical symptoms
• Less Fear and anxiety

These Chakra Light Meditations are held 2 or 3 times per month, on Tuesday evenings and Saturdays. We will focus on one chakra each session and each session will last approximately 1 to 11/2 hours.

Some people will like to come to every session, others will prefer to come once a month or once every few months. It doesn't matter how often you come, feel free to go at your own speed.

There are 7 Major Chakras within each of us. It is best to do at least one session on each chakra, however, you will gain benefit from each and every session that you experience.

A fun and active class suitable for all levels. Dynamic breathing, sounds, bells, singing bowls and visualisation. A truly invigorating and unique experience. Held once a month on the first Saturday of each month. All proceeds go to our projects in Nepal.

Bridgeen ReaLearn How to Meditate
with Bridgeen Rea

Wednesdays 8.15-9.00pm £30 for 6 weeks
(£8 drop-in)

Learn simple meditation techniques including sitting meditation, walking meditation and sometimes singing. Emphasis is placed on bringing meditation into ones daily life. The two main tools used are breathing and sound. With practice, these meditative techniques can help you to be more present with each moment – the present moment being the only moment we are truly alive….

Bridgeen is a dedicated and enthusiastic student and teacher of Mindfulness Meditation. She has studied extensively with Thich Nhat Hanh, a Vietnamese Zen Buddhist Master who is world renowned for his teachings on mindfulness having written over a 100 books. Bridgeen is currently completing her masters in Meditative Techniques and is a qualified Yoga teacher, Reflexologist and Reiki Master.
